1. BOOKING
- Online booking is available 24/7. Your appointment will only be confirmed once you
receive an SMS confirmation from us. - A deposit is required for groups of 3 or more. Please call us at 403-919-4558.
2. CHANGE OR CANCEL
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the “Find My Appointment” feature at
the top right of the booking page or call us at 403-919-4558 as soon as possible.
3. LATE OR NO-SHOW
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be cancelled.
- If you fail to show up without any notification, a deposit will be required to rebook.
4. SERVICES
Please ensure you book the correct service, as we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute
changes.
Here is how to choose the correct service:
- Manicure – For natural nails (cuticle care + polish or shellac).
Book under: Manicure - New Set – For new artificial nails (Acrylic, Dip, Bio Gel, Gel-X, etc.).
Book under: Nail Enhancement > New Set - Nail Fill – For filling grown-out artificial nails.
Book under: Nail Enhancement > Fill - If you have special requests (e.g., nail art), please include them in the notes section when
booking, as additional time may be needed.

While we do not offer refunds for completed services, we are happy to provide complimentary
adjustments within 5 days of service.
